Unique skill:  Crafty (can perform Laboratory crafting anywhere for free; using Lab grants +10 all skills.  All recipes are available for use and show success chance as if they had been discovered.)
Unique skill:  Retrofit (Use three Duct Tape on a non-Hiver weapon or armor.  Weapon or armor loses 20% power and durability, but is now a Hiver weapon/armor.)
